TESTIMONIALS
' I have had treatment for my back due to muscle spasm, pelvic tilting and pain. It has taken 20 years to discover the simple fact that I have one leg shorter than the other. I have seen Neuro Surgeons and Osteopaths for years but since starting Pilates exercises two years ago with Ian Dilworth I have had no need to visit either. My back is so much stronger now and I hardly ever get back pain. I feel that I am in control and I can deal with my pain by simple exercise. Also I no longer have to take regular pain killers'.
Bridget Eardly - Theatre sister
'I am a Pilates person. It's great. I had a chronic back, a pinched nerve and a hip problem and it's completely solved all of it. I love it. It makes me feel like I'm taller'.
Jennifer Anniston - TV and movie star
'Pilates exercises have given me better posture and an awareness of correct posture. I have greater flexibility in my hips, knees and spine which were becoming stiff with age. I am only sorry that I didn't discover Pilates thirty years ago'!
Sandra Ballingall - Managing Director and business woman
