' I have had treatment for my back due to muscle spasm, pelvic tilting and pain. It has taken 20 years to discover the simple fact that I have one leg shorter than the other. I have seen Neuro Surgeons and Osteopaths for years but since starting Pilates exercises two years ago with Ian Dilworth I have had no need to visit either. My back is so much stronger now and I hardly ever get back pain. I feel that I am in control and I can deal with my pain by simple exercise. Also I no longer have to take regular pain killers'.
